Cole Schotz Advises V. Paulius in $90M Acquisition and Financing of Port Carteret

Cole Schotz P.C. represented the V. Paulius family of companies in connection with the $90 million acquisition and financing of Port Carteret, an industrial complex located on the Arthur Kill in Carteret, NJ.

 

The transaction involved complex structuring, financing and environmental issues that were handled by a multi-department team of attorneys. Financing was provided by Acore Capital Mortgage, LP. The purchaser, formerly a joint venture owner, intends to continue to operate the 2.1 million square-feet of industrial space comprising seven buildings. The complex is located in a heavy industrial area that is zoned for office, industrial manufacturing, warehousing, research and laboratory usage.
