Loan Workouts: Less Stress With Distressed–Commercial Mortgage Loan Workouts

During this peer-to-peer session, we will take a deep dive into commercial mortgage loan workout issues and strategies.  Participants will have the opportunity to analyze and discuss many of the issues that arise in connection with distressed commercial mortgage loans, including bankruptcy matters.  Whether you sit on one side of the table as a borrower or guarantor, or on the other side as a lender or servicer, it’s important to understand – from the start – all of the options with respect to a distressed mortgage loan.  Together we’ll explore issues, strategies and pitfalls for both sides, all while considering bankruptcy options and its potential impact.
