Rebekah Nickerson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. 

Experience

Rebekah has experience representing clients in a variety of complex commercial, consumer finance, construction, and insurance disputes that involve breach of contract and business tort claims. Rebekah has practiced in federal and state courts across the country and before private arbitration panels.

Before joining Cole Schotz, Rebekah worked as a litigation associate in the Baltimore office of a full-service, national law firm. Prior to entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable Joseph M. Getty on the Supreme Court of Maryland.

Rebekah graduated first in her class from the University of Baltimore School of Law after earning a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, Rebekah worked in the Maryland State Senate where she handled legislative matters, constituent services, and scholarship funds.
