Daniel Adessky is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions Department and is based in the New York office.
Experience
Daniel has a broad corporate practice, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, and entity formation and organization. He also serves as outside “in-house” counsel to companies across a range of industries, advising on day-to-day legal and operational matters. His transactional experience spans both domestic and cross-border deals. Clients value Daniel’s collaborative, practical, and detail-oriented approach, which helps them achieve their strategic and business objectives in complex business environments.

- Represented a privately held manufacturer and distributor in a $200 million asset sale to a strategic acquirer.
- Represented a public company in a $35 million cross-border stock acquisition.
- Represented a private company in a $175 million merger with a venture-backed strategic partner.
- Advised a privately held company in connection with its sale to a private equity-backed strategic acquirer executing an industry roll-up.
- Advised borrowers and lenders on financing transactions totaling over $3 billion, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, and margin loans.
- Represented high-net-worth individuals in structured financing transactions, including variable prepaid forwards and other equity-linked facilities.
- Advised on multi-jurisdictional financing transactions involving borrowers and lenders across Europe and Asia.
- Advised private companies as outside counsel on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and operational matters.

Education
Daniel earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he received the Faculty Recognition Award for Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award (magna cum laude). He earned his B.A. with honors, and a Certificate in Business from Queen’s University.
