EXPERIENCE
Carol represents debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Her restructuring practice includes all aspects of Chapter 11 proceedings, adversary proceedings, and contested matters involving financially distressed companies across diverse industries, including the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining a prominent Delaware law firm, Carol clerked in the Kent County Superior Court. She graduated cum laude from Delaware Law School—where she served as a judicial intern in the Superior Court and held a board position on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law (Vol. 46)—and she earned her B.S. in Psychology from Christopher Newport University, where she played varsity field hockey.
Carol is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware and before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
