EXPERIENCE

Benjamin represents debtors, creditors, and commercial landlords in Chapter 11 proceedings. Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Benjamin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew B. Altenburg, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey. Benjamin graduated cum laude from the Washington University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Washington University Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from Carleton College.
