Avi is an associate in the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department and is based in the New York office.

EXPERIENCE

Avi advises high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. He drafts a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), credit shelter, marital and dynasty trusts.

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Avi was a Tax/Private Client associate at Sidley Austin and White & Case.
