EXPERIENCE
Ashley’s practice focuses on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She represents a wide variety of individual and corporate clients, including in the cryptocurrency, media, financial, real estate, and asset management industries.
Drawing on several years of experience, Ashley advises clients through all stages of litigation involving:

- Consumer class actions
- Federal securities violations
- Fraud, antitrust and market manipulation disputes

Before joining Cole Schotz, Ashley was an associate at a large, international law firm in New York. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law magna cum laude and Order of the Coif where she served as an articles editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and a Center for Social Justice scholar. Prior to law school, Ashley received a B.A. magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College where she served as a Study of Terrorism and Response to Terrorism (“START”) undergraduate research fellow and a Thomas J. Watson Foundation fellow.
