Noble Supply & Logistics LLC has turned to Cole Schotz and Kirkland & Ellis for counsel in its Chapter 11 proceedings following the termination of a major contract with the Defense Logistics Agency. The military supplier entered bankruptcy in August and is pursuing a potential sale of its assets, with an auction currently contemplated for October.
