Litigator and Corporate Attorney Gregory L. Arbogast Joins Cole Schotz in Maryland

Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Gregory L. Arbogast as a member in the firm’s Litigation Department in Baltimore. Mr. Arbogast has deep experience advising companies and their executives on both commercial litigation and corporate transactional matters.

Mr. Arbogast works with businesses and their executives, legal teams and boards of directors across a range of industries. His clients include closely held businesses, business owners, employers, management companies, real estate developers, construction companies, insurers, banks, and financial institutions.

Mr. Arbogast’s litigation practice encompasses breach of contract, Uniform Commercial Code, landlord/tenant issues, products liability, insurance coverage, employment, construction, class action defense, asset forfeiture matters, shareholder derivative disputes and intellectual property matters. His corporate experience includes advising on equity and debt raises, joint ventures, business formations, asset sales, stock sales, and contract negotiations.

Mr. Arbogast, who joins Cole Schotz from Gebhardt & Smith, LLP, is a member of the bar in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Delaware and Virginia. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law where he was honored with membership in the Order of the Barristers, and his B.A. from University of Maryland, College Park.
