Cole Schotz P.C. announced the arrival of James C. Williams as a member in the Litigation and Intellectual Property departments. He is resident in the firm’s Dallas office. Mr. Williams’ experience includes developing and executing strategies to assist clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. He is highly skilled in matters involving patent and trade secret claims, as well as copyright, unfair competition, breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, and other business tort claims that often accompany intellectual property disputes.
