IP attorney James Williams is joining Cole Schotz’s litigation and intellectual property departments in the firm’s Dallas office. Williams works for both plaintiffs and defendants in multi-claim disputes and is a registered patent attorney representing petitioners in patent trials and appeals. He previously worked for Baker Botts for 14 years.
