Cole Schotz P.C. announced that Nino Cammalleri has returned to the firm as a member of its Real Estate Department in the Hackensack office.

Cammalleri’s practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial and mixed-use properties. His return marks the firm’s second recent “boomerang” hire, following Luis Salazar’s return last year to launch the firm’s Miami office, and closely follows the addition of special counsel Cynthia Liba.

Cammalleri rejoins Cole Schotz after serving as Senior Vice President and Real Estate Counsel at Seritage Growth Properties, where he was also a member of the management team. In that role, he managed legal aspects for high-level leasing activity and advised on critical land use and development matters.

Cammalleri earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Drew University. He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
