Cole Schotz Opens Miami Office With Boutique Litigation Team

Luis Salazar and Jose Ceide joined Cole Schotz as members in its new Miami office, the firm announced Monday.

Salazar works with high-stakes litigation and leads complex financial restructurings for national and international corporations, the firm said.

Ceide creates and manages global litigation strategies for multinational corporations and individuals with international business interests, and helps clients navigate the regulatory and compliance landscape in the cryptocurrency industry, the firm said.

Lorenzo Lorenzo Jr. also joined as an associate. They join from Salazar Law LLP.
