Cole Schotz Nabs Real Estate Transaction Lawyer Miller in Dallas

Walter Miller joined Cole Schotz as a member in its real estate department in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.

Miller handles real estate and finance transactions, with experience in acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, asset and interest purchases and sales, debt financings, preferred equity and mezzanine structures, leasing, sale-leaseback, workouts and restructurings. His clients range from REITS, developers, pension plans, and lenders to private equity firms, hedge funds and public and private companies, the firm said.

He was a founding partner of Miller Phelps LLP, according to that firm’s website.
