Cole Schotz Moves Miami Office to Brickell City Tower, Tripling Office Size
Cole Schotz P.C., a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 firm, today announced the opening of its new Miami office at the prestigious Brickell City Tower, a strategic move signaling the firm’s accelerating commitment to South Florida’s thriving legal market.
Positioned in the heart of Miami’s dynamic Brickell financial district, the new office at 80 S.W. 8th Street, Suite 1900, spans nearly 6,100 square feet and features 14 private offices and three state-of-the-art conference rooms. This expanded footprint nearly triples the firm’s previous Miami capacity – a clear signal of Cole Schotz’s ambitious growth trajectory in one of the nation’s fastest-growing business hubs.
“This is more than a real estate move – it’s a statement of our firm’s long-term commitment to Miami and the entire South Florida region,” said member Luis Salazar, who launched the firm’s Miami presence just one year ago. “In twelve months, we’ve gone from establishing a foothold to building a Florida powerhouse. This new space gives us the runway to continue that momentum while delivering the exceptional, hands-on service our clients expect.”
The Miami team has rapidly expanded to include four members, one special counsel, two associates, and three staff members. Recent additions include special counsel Megan D. Ferris and member Jennifer Llano, who joined earlier this month, bringing fresh talent and expanded capabilities to serve the firm’s growing roster of South Florida clients. With the new space, Cole Schotz is positioned to continue this aggressive hiring trajectory.
