Cole Schotz Brings in Experienced Litigator in Dallas

With a strong track record in innovative trade secrets litigation that developed at his previous firm, the new hire can work across many different industries.

Cole Schotz has expanded its intellectual property (IP) litigation team with the addition of James Williams, who joins as a member in Dallas.

Williams brings 14 years of experience from Baker Botts, where he developed expertise in patent and trade secret litigation, as well as copyright, unfair competition, and business tort claims that frequently arise in IP disputes.

His practice also includes representing parties in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
