Cole Schotz P.C. advised Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a commercial real estate firm, in arranging a lease extension agreement with BioReference Laboratories, Inc. for three Elmwood Park properties in New Jersey.
The approximately 160,000 square-foot industrial space is located across 481, 487 and 491 Edward H. Ross Drive. BioReference is one of the largest full-service specialty laboratories in the United States and has been one of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ largest tenants since their initial lease in Elmwood Park in 1998.
