Bankruptcy League Tables 2024: Losing Altitude

The Deal, a leading news and information platform for dealmakers, has revealed its global league tables for financial, legal and other deal services providers in bankruptcy for the fourth quarter.

In 2024, The Deal tracked 200 filings with at least $25 million in liabilities that as a group represent roughly $126.7 billion in total liabilities. That’s down from the third quarter’s trailing 12-month tally of 208 U.S. bankruptcy filings with roughly $156.2 billion in total liabilities and the second quarter’s trailing 12-month total of 215 filings with total liabilities of $190.5 billion, as well as 2023’s 242 filings with $210.6 billion in liabilities.

Cole Schotz P.C. was ranked at number 11 on the Bankruptcy League Table for Q4 2024.
