New Delaware Chapter 11 Filing – Southeastern Metal Products LLC

Southeastern Metal Products LLC, along with one affiliate, has filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-10989).  Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, SEMP is a premium provider of industrial metal stamping and fabrication services.  According to the First Day Declaration, SEMP intends to engage in a traditional restructuring and right-sizing of its balance sheet before emerging from chapter 11.  Omni Management is the proposed claims and noticing agent.  The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon.
