New Delaware Chapter 11 Filing – FreeLinc Technologies, LLC
FreeLinc Technologies, Inc., along with its affiliate FreeLinc Technologies, LLC, has filed a petitions for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 18-11254). Freelink, based in Sherborn, MA, is a research and development company focused on the commercialization and adoption of near field magnetic induction as a new wireless standard. Each debtor reports $1 million to $10 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities. The First Day Declaration has not yet been filed. No claims and noticing agent has yet been proposed. The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi.
