New Delaware Chapter 11 Filing – Cubic Energy, Inc. et al.
Cubic Energy, Inc. (OTC: CBNR) and 4 affiliates, which are engaged in oil and gas exploration in Texas and Louisiana, have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (lead case no. 15-12500). The cases have been assigned to Bankruptcy Judge Silverstein. The debtors have filed a disclosure statement and pre-packaged plan of reorganization. The debtors are seeking authority to conduct a combined disclosure statement and plan confirmation hearing. The petition, including the consolidated list of top 30 creditors, and the first day declaration are available through Prime Clerk.
