On December 22, 2020, San Diego, California-based Renovate America, Inc., an environmentally-friendly home improvement financing company, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 20-13172).
