On September 24, 2020, Impresa Holdings Acquisition Corporation, a Gardena, CA-based commercial and military aerospace components supplier, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 20-12399). The company reported estimated assets of less than $50,000 and liabilities of $10,000,001 to $50,000,000.
