New Chapter 11 Filing – Fred’s Stores of Tennessee, Inc.
On September 9, 2019, Fred’s Stores of Tennessee, Inc., along with seven of its affiliates, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-11982-CSS). The Debtor reports assets and liabilities both in the range of $100,001-500,000, estimated creditors of between 200-999, and funds are presently expected to be available for distribution to unsecured creditors. The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi.
