Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record incoming cash receipts accurately and timely.

Seeking a Docketing Manager for our New Jersey Office. This position is responsible for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of the firmwide litigation calendaring and docketing function. This role partners closely with litigators and practice group leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant docketing of all court deadlines, appearances, and related matters.
The Docketing Manager will lead the configuration and administration of the firm’s docketing system, with a preference for experience with CourtAlert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation docketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to train and supervise docketing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the firm’s litigation docketing and calendaring processes to ensure compliance with all court rules, deadlines, and procedures.
- Implement, configure, and administer the firm’s docketing system (CourtAlert preferred), including user setup, template creation, and system updates.
- Work collaboratively with litigators, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure all critical dates are accurately entered, tracked, and communicated.
- Develop and maintain written procedures and best practices for docketing and calendaring.
- Train attorneys and staff on docketing procedures and system use if appropriate; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Monitor court rule changes and update docketing procedures and templates as needed.
- Audit docket entries for accuracy and completeness; conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance.
- Supervise docketing staff (if applicable), including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the docketing system vendor and IT for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Prepare regular reports on docketing activity, compliance, and risk management for firm leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in litigation docketing, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Demonstrated experience with a docketing system; CourtAlert experience strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local court rules and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
- Experience training and supervising staff preferred.
- Willingness to work additional hours as required.
Education & Experience:
- 2-year college degree or legal certification preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Seeking a Litigation Paralegal for our New Jersey Office with 3+ years of law firm litigation paralegal experience. Responsibility for assisting lawyers in all aspects of the Litigation Department’s caseloads, including: the organization and maintenance of court materials; drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents; preparation of correspondence, memoranda, discovery, and other communications with minimal supervision; management of docket, matter dates, and deadlines; deposition digesting and preparation; and coordination of deposition, hearing, motion and trial preparation. Assist with and coordinate paper and electronic discovery process, including: identifying potentially relevant electronically stored information (“ESI”); draft and issue legal hold notices; coordinate with clients to identify, preserve, and collect relevant sources of ESI and paper discovery; and assist with processing, reviewing, and coding ESI. Knowledge of and ability to electronically file (CM/ECF and New Jersey e-filing) pleadings required. Seeking a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with 5 plus years experience to join our New Jersey, New York or Florida Offices. Responsible for handling all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate (knowledge of New Jersey, New York and Florida probate a plus), extensive communication with clients, financial planners and accountants, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, deed work and etc. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs and Microsoft Word a plus.
