Client Services/Hospitality Representative - New York Office:

Major New Jersey law firm with multiple regional office locations seeks a full-time Client Services/Hospitality Representative (Monday through Friday from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm) for our New York Office located in Midtown at 1325 Avenue of Americas between (53rd & 54th Street). Job responsibilities include high volume phone contact, greeting clients and reserving conference rooms, conference room setups, and maintenance of kitchen pantries. Candidate must possess strong computer skills. Other duties include light typing, photocopying, filing, and special projects on an as-needed basis.

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - New York or New Jersey Offices:

Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our New York or New Jersey Offices with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including transactional matters, financings, leasing and title reviews. Seeking a a legal practice assistant with 5+ years legal experience to support partners and associates in the areas of Bankruptcy, Corporate and Litigation. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and 3E required; knowledge of IManage, PowerPoint and e-filings a plus.

Litigation Paralegal - New Jersey Office:

Seeking a Litigation Paralegal for our New Jersey Office with 5+ years of law firm litigation paralegal experience. Responsibility for assisting lawyers in all aspects of the Litigation Department’s caseloads, including: the organization and maintenance of court materials; drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents; preparation of correspondence, memoranda, discovery, and other communications with minimal supervision; management of docket, matter dates, and deadlines; deposition digesting and preparation; and coordination of deposition, hearing, motion and trial preparation. Assist with and coordinate paper and electronic discovery process, including: identifying potentially relevant electronically stored information (“ESI”); draft and issue legal hold notices; coordinate with clients to identify, preserve, and collect relevant sources of ESI and paper discovery; and assist with processing, reviewing, and coding ESI.

Knowledge of and ability to electronically file (CM/ECF) pleadings required. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. College degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Strong working knowledge of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Relativity, and Concordance required. Knowledge of IManage a plus.

Real Estate Paralegal - New Jersey, New York Or Florida Offices:

Seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to work with our Tax, Trusts & Estates Department with 5 + years experience to join our New Jersey, New York or Florida Offices. Responsibilities include: Prepare deeds and attendant associates with gifts, transfers to revocable trusts or to distribute a property out of an estate, coordination with coop boards or condo associations as to notice requirements and consents needed and communicating with clients to obtain information needed from clients to complete documentation. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred. We will consider a JD/paralegal candidate as well.

Trust & Estate Administrative Assistant - New Jersey or New York Offices:


Seeking a Trust & Estate Administrative Assistant to join our T&E Department in our New Jersey or New York offices. Experience with general probate procedures (including, but not limited to, document drafting and filing, etc.), communication with clients, probate clerks and other professionals, drafting of initial estate administration documents, assist with asset valuations, transfers and redemptions, collection of cash accounts, marshalling of assets, assistance with preparation of estate tax returns, drafting of distribution documents, and overall general assistance to trust and estate attorneys and paralegals in all other basis aspects of estate and trust administration. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and be a team player.

Trusts & Estates Administration Paralegal - New Jersey, New York Or Florida Offices:

Seeking a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with 5 plus years experience to join our New Jersey, New York or Florida Office. Responsible for handling all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate (knowledge of New Jersey, New York and Florida probate a plus), extensive communication with clients, financial planners and accountants, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, etc. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs and Microsoft Word a plus.

Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred. We will consider a JD/paralegal candidate as well.

Trusts & Estates Practice Development Manager - New Jersey, New York or Florida Offices:


Seeking a Trust and Estate Practice Development Manager with 5 plus years of experience to join our New Jersey, New York or Florida offices. Responsibilities include: Organization of and monitoring the status of estate planning clients, keeping track of when retainers are sent and received from clients, once retainer received knowing the assigned attorney and following the status of the drafting process, keeping track of when documents are forwarded to clients, and following up to ensure documents are executed. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. College degree preferred.
