Seeking a Billing Coordinator for our New Jersey Office.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and edit client invoices in accordance with firm policies and client guidelines.
- Proficient in E-billing procedures.
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data, ensuring all billable time and expenses are accounted for.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
- Process write-offs following Firm policy.
- Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner (i.e., multiple discounts by matter, split-party billing, preparation of electronic bills).
- Ability to handle a high volume of bills per month.

- Create new billing formats as needed.

Seeking a Human Resources Manager for our New Jersey Office. This position is responsible for Firmwide human resource functions, including resource planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, benefits and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide managerial and administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer in the following areas:
- All human resource functions of the Firm, continuously evaluating current Firm policies & procedures, make recommendations for improvement.
- Firm recruiting, hiring, development and retention programs in compliance with state/federal regulations and recommended employment law practices.
- Determine staffing needs for the Firm; meet and maintain benchmarked staffing ratios and trends. Oversee non-exempt personnel including administrative assistants and other clerical staff to ensure that Firm expectations are being met.
- Oversee employee relations and resolution of employment conflicts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Approximately 4+ years of progressively responsible work experience with legal or other professional service organizations to gain the expertise needed to administer a professional HR system.

- Interpersonal skills to communicate and maintain effective/professional relationships with partners, attorneys and staff.

The Payroll & Benefits Manager is responsible for the oversight of accurate, compliant, and timely processing of multi‑state payroll, administration of firm-wide benefit programs, and ongoing process improvement. This leader will partner closely with HR, Finance, and Firm Leadership to support a high-quality employee experience while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end payroll process for a multi‑state payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Oversee benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and leave programs.
- Serve as primary liaison with payroll and benefits vendors; lead annual open enrollment and related communications.

Qualifications
