Bankruptcy Attorney - Delaware, New Jersey or New York Offices:

Seeking a bankruptcy attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our Delaware, New Jersey or New York offices and be part of a team working on matters in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Texas and Florida. We seek a motivated individual devoted to meeting the highest standards of excellence and serving clients, and who wants to be part of an established and dynamic office and firm. Bar admission in one or more states in which the Firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be resident is required. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Litigation experience is a plus.

Litigation Associate - New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Florida or Texas Offices:

Seeking an associate with 2+ years general experience in sophisticated commercial litigation (including construction litigation) for our New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Florida or Texas offices. Bar admission in one or more states in which the Firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be resident is required. Seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate with 5 plus years experience in sophisticated estate and closely held business planning, with knowledge of estate administration. NJ, NY and/or FL bar admissions and LLM preferred. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.


STAFF POSITIONS

Help Desk Technician - New Jersey Office:

Seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Hackensack, New Jersey Office. Work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Duties include providing hardware and software technical assistance to the Firm’s users. Troubleshooting, support and provide general assistance to senior technical staff. Setup video conferences to other Firm offices as well as outside entities as requested. Maintain inventory of Firm technical equipment and supplies. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong documentation discipline and experience with a ticket management system. Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a collaborative team environment; must be self-motivated and self-driven. Provide, on a rotating basis, after hours on-call coverage for end user support. Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 desktop environment. Computer desktop and laptop hardware repair and knowledge, Microsoft Office 2016 with particularly strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, iManage, Smartphones and all mobile devices. Legal specific software such iManage, Worksite, Workshare, etc preferred. Applicant needs to have strong interpersonal skills as well as good aptitude to learn new tasks quickly. Law firm or professional service firm background a plus.

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - New York Or New Jersey Offices:

Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our New York or New Jersey Offices with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including transactional matters, financings, leasing and title reviews. Experience with large commercial closings a plus. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. College degree and/or paralegal certificate and 5+ years of experience required.

Trusts & Estates Administration Paralegal - New Jersey, New York or Florida Office:

Seeking a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with 5 plus years experience to join our New Jersey, New York or Florida Offices. Responsible for handling all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate (knowledge of New Jersey, New York and Florida probate a plus), extensive communication with clients, financial planners and accountants, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, etc. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs and Microsoft Word a plus.

Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred. We will consider a JD/paralegal candidate as well.
