Seeking a Docketing Manager for our New Jersey Office. This position is responsible for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of the firmwide litigation calendaring and docketing function. This role partners closely with litigators and practice group leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant docketing of all court deadlines, appearances, and related matters.
The Docketing Manager will lead the configuration and administration of the firm’s docketing system, with a preference for experience with CourtAlert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation docketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to train and supervise docketing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the firm’s litigation docketing and calendaring processes to ensure compliance with all court rules, deadlines, and procedures.
- Implement, configure, and administer the firm’s docketing system (CourtAlert preferred), including user setup, template creation, and system updates.
- Work collaboratively with litigators, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure all critical dates are accurately entered, tracked, and communicated.

Seeking a Help Desk Technician to complete its four-person Helpdesk team. The position is in the firm’s Hackensack, New Jersey office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The position involves providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and mobile devices, supporting video conferences through Teams and Zoom, maintaining equipment inventory, and documenting support activity in the Firm’s ticketing system. Seeking a Human Resources Manager for our New Jersey Office. This position is responsible for Firmwide human resource functions, including resource planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, benefits and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide managerial and administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer in the following areas:
