Cole Schotz Honored with NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Industry Service Award

Cole Schotz is proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Industry Service Award by the New Jersey Chapter of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association– the nation’s leading organization for developers, owners, investors and related professionals in office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use real estate. This distinguished award recognizes outstanding contributions and leadership in advancing the goals of the commercial and industrial real estate industry. Honorees are selected through a competitive nomination and peer-review process, and this year’s winners were celebrated in front of over 700 industry leaders at NAIOP’s Annual Gala held on May 15 at The Palace at Somerset Park in New Jersey.

The recognition highlights Cole Schotz’s enduring partnership with NAIOP and the impactful work of Emily Lamond and the firm’s Environmental team, in particular. Ms. Lamond currently serves on the NAIOP New Jersey Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the Regulatory Affairs Committee.
