Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce that Brian Gardner, chairman of the Construction Services Department and a member of the Litigation Department, has been named a 2021 Real Estate/Construction Law Trailblazer by The National Law Journal.

The Real Estate/Construction Law Trailblazers distinction is given to attorneys who have made significant marks on the practice, policy and technological advancement of their practice areas, including those individuals who have helped to roll out a new program or new practice group. The list aims to highlight those who are innovators and thought leaders in their respective areas of practice.

Mr. Gardner was recognized for his development of a comprehensive methodology to evaluate potential liability as well as to explain certain conduct and resolution benefits at varying levels within construction-related disputes. This model can be used to structure and resolve most cases in the early stages of civil and criminal process.
