Haley Brescia is an associate in the firm’s Environmental Department.

Haley received her J.D., summa cum laude, with a certificate in Environmental Law, from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her B.A. from Duke University.

During law school, Haley was a Summer Associate at Cole Schotz, a legal intern at the Hudson River Park Trust in New York City, and a judicial intern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She was also selected as a Land Use Scholar and worked as a research assistant and extern at the Land Use Law Center. Haley served as Editor-in-Chief of Pace Environmental Law Review and was the President of the Environmental Law Society.
