Michael “Fitz” Fitzpatrick is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring and Litigation Departments.
Experience
Michael’s practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, trustees, and other interested parties in chapter 11 proceedings. In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Michael regularly represents clients in corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Michael graduated from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from University of Florida Warrington College of Business. While in law school, Michael was a judicial fellow at the Commerce Court of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania and a bankruptcy and restructuring extern at a large Delaware firm.
