Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce that Nino Cammalleri has returned to the firm as a member in the Real Estate Department in the firm’s New Jersey office. Mr. Cammalleri’s practice will focus on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, repurposing and development of commercial and mixed-use properties.

Mr. Cammalleri is the second attorney to return to Cole Schotz recently, following Luis Salazar rejoining the firm last year to launch its Miami office. Mr. Cammalleri’s arrival also follows yesterday’s announcement   of Cynthia J. Liba joining the firm as special counsel, reflecting continued growth across the New Jersey office.

Abramson, co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. “He is an exceptional real estate lawyer whose time in-house at Seritage has only enhanced his ability to counsel clients through complex transactions.” Mr. Cammalleri rejoins Cole Schotz from Seritage Growth Properties, where he was Senior Vice President and Real Estate Counsel and served on the company’s management team. At Seritage, Mr. Cammalleri oversaw the legal aspects of leasing and asset management and played a critical role in all phases of the redevelopment, leasing and operation of over 200 properties across the country.
