Walt brings more than 25 years of experience handling real estate and finance transactions in Texas and throughout the United States. Throughout his career, Walt has handled numerous transactions for multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use projects. He regularly serves as lead counsel in transaction matters valued at more than $100 million dollars with several in the billions.
