NYC Real Estate Week In Review
Greenberg Traurig and Cole Schotz are among the law firms that landed work on the largest New York City deeds that hit public records last week, with multiple entity transfers by a New Jersey management company topping the list.
Greenberg Traurig LLP worked on multiple transfers of ownership of Manhattan assets by Extended Management Corp., while Cole Schotz PC worked on a Manhattan matter as counsel to Prime Group Holdings LLC.
The week saw five deeds north of $20 million hit public records.
A Prime Group Holdings entity picked up 550 W. 25th St. from 550 West 25th Street Associates LP, with John Stewart at Cole Schotz guiding the buyer on the matter.
The parties inked their purchase and sale agreement on June 24 and closed the deal a month later, on July 24, per records. Sell-side counsel information was not immediately available.
