Elazar focuses his practice on corporate restructurings, and the representation of debtors, committees, trustees, and other interested parties in Chapter 11 proceedings. In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Elazar regularly represents clients in corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware state courts.
Elazar graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center and earned his undergraduate degree from the Talmudic College of South Florida. He previously served as a law clerk for the Office of Attorney General of Maryland and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Matthew H. Solomson in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
