Michael is an Associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department. Michael uses his knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code to advise clients in a broad range of insolvency-related matters, both in and out of court.

Experience

Michael received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from St. John’s University. While in law school, Michael served as an Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and assisted low income New Yorkers as a Student Attorney for the St. John’s University Bankruptcy Advocacy Clinic. Following graduation, Michael served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Chief Judge Alan S. Trust of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
