Melissa M. Hartlipp is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department and is a resident of the Delaware office.
EXPERIENCE
Melissa has handled various types of cases in numerous Delaware courts, with a focus in bankruptcy.
Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Melissa earned her law degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Melissa represented low-income taxpayers in the Federal Tax Clinic. Melissa began her career at a boutique Delaware law firm focusing on bankruptcy matters. Melissa is also admitted in Pennsylvania.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys rowing, cooking, and traveling.
