As a part of Cole Schotz’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department, Jon advises debtors and creditors through out-of-court restructurings, chapter 11 reorganizations, liquidations and related litigation.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Jon worked as a corporate restructuring associate in a large New York based law firm. Jon received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, during which he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Timothy A. Barnes of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and as an intern for the United States Trustee Program.  Following graduation from law school, Jon served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
