Construction Services
Our Construction Services department provides sophisticated, aggressive and cost-effective legal services to clients involved in major construction projects in New Jersey, New York and around the country.
Drawing on the knowledge and skills of colleagues from our Real Estate, Litigation, Bankruptcy and Environmental departments, we represent owner-developers, including REITs, real estate and private equity funds, national retail chains, Fortune 500 companies, residential developers, health care providers and automobile dealers, as well as general contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, paving and road contractors, sewer contractors, utility contractors, material suppliers, design professionals and bonding companies.
Our construction attorneys actively participate in legal and construction industry trade organizations, including the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, the Associated General Contractors of America, the Building Contractors Association of New Jersey and the American Institute of Architects. They also regularly contribute articles to legal and trade association journals and publications on construction law topics and lecture on these topics to legal and construction industry groups.
