Bryan K. Saxton is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. His practice involves commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and retail, office and industrial leasing. Bryan has experience representing clients ranging from large organizations to small businesses and individuals in real estate and other corporate and transactional matters.

Bryan is a member of the Urban Land Institute, including as a former member of its Young Leader Partnership Forum, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also active with local bar associations, including the Maryland State Bar Association as a member of its Real Property, Planning & Zoning Section Council, as well as the Baltimore City Bar Association through several Young Lawyer Division committees. Bryan is engaged in the Baltimore community as a United Way of Central Maryland Emerging Leaders United Ambassador and a member of The Family Tree’s Next Generation Network.

Bryan earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was the inaugural Osborne Leadership Scholar and recipient of the William P. Cunningham Award, and served as the editor in chief of the Journal of Business and Technology Law. Bryan remains active with the Maryland Carey Law as a member of the school’s alumni board.

Bryan is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
