Wendy Berger was quoted in an article titled, "Palisades Park Welcomes Diversity"

Housing in Palisades Park is low on rentals, with two-thirds of the community made up of owner-occupied dwellings, said real estate attorney Wendy Berger, a member of the Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard law firm in Hackensack.

She said the emphasis on town houses and duplexes raises an additional question for homeowners. "Since no homeowner is 100 percent in control, they should understand any common fees," she said, as well as their responsibilities, before buying.

Berger said the notable interest from the Korean community in this town on the New Jersey Palisades goes back some 20 years, but really picked up in the past decade.

"Some towns have died; Palisades Park has not. The Korean community has invigorated it," Berger said.
