Eric is an associate in the Firm’s litigation department.
He has experience handling a broad range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and arbitral forums, including shareholder, real estate, bankruptcy, civil RICO, securities, and antitrust litigation.
Before joining Cole Schotz, Eric served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laura Taylor Swain in the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Steven I. Locke in the Eastern District of New York and practiced in the business litigation group of a large New Jersey-based law firm. Eric began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth J. Slomienski in the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County.
Eric earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an executive articles editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives. Eric also completed an externship with the United States Copyright Office, Office of Policy and International Affairs. Prior to law school, Eric received his B.S. in supply chain management from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
Eric currently lives with his family in Bergen County, New Jersey, and plays guitar and keyboard in a rock cover band.
