Elizabeth Bogle is an associate in the firm’s Environmental and Cannabis Groups.

Experience

She has recently been appointed as a Director on the Board of Directors for the NJ State Bar Association Environmental Law Section. Prior to pursuing her legal career, Elizabeth earned a Masters in sustainable studies with a focus on watershed policy and pollutant/waste stream management and worked for over 5 years as an environmental scientist on various site remediation and due diligence matters throughout the United States. She has developed remedial strategies and been responsible for project management and regulatory interactions for a wide variety of remediation projects, ranging from tank removals to complex industrial sites. Elizabeth is co-Chair of ABA SEER’s Renewable, Alternative, and Distributed Energy Resources Committee for the 2021-2022 year.

In addition to her work in the site remediation field, Elizabeth has experience working at sites subject to wetland regulations and credit programs, as well as documenting the extent of wetlands, ecological sampling and biological data gathering. Elizabeth has also interned with Region 2 of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
