As a litigator, Molly knows that communication is key–whether it be with clients or with the Court. This unique perspective was influenced by her previous career as a writer and reporter–and she brings those skills to her everyday practice as a litigator. With experience advising on high-stakes general commercial, mergers and acquisitions and securities litigation, Molly understands the necessity for thorough preparation and steadfast advocacy. She has significant experience representing companies and professionals across industries, including within the pharmaceutical, aerospace and financial services industries. Prior to Cole Schotz, Molly was an associate at a major New York City firm where she developed a strong pro bono practice. Her pro bono experience includes assisting clients with immigration applications, the naturalization process and depositions connected to employment discrimination matters. Prior to pursuing her legal career, Molly honed her writing and reporting skills working as a writer and editor for various magazines and online media companies.
Molly earned her B.S., magma cum laude, from Syracuse University and her J.D., magma cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she graduated in the top five percent of her class. While in law school, Molly was a Staff Editor and Submissions Editor on the Cardozo Law Review. Additionally, she worked as an intern in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office during law school.
