Cole Schotz Represents Seller in Sale of Shopping Center for Over $70,000,000
Cole Schotz P.C. advised a prominent New Jersey based commercial property owner and developer in connection with an off-market sale of a retail shopping center in Middlesex County, New Jersey for over $70,000,000. The center contains over 370,000 square feet of tenant space, occupied by many “brand name” national and regional tenants.
The representation has included the creation and administration of an online due diligence document database containing hundreds of files for bidders’ review, establishing bidding procedures for prospective purchasers, evaluating the bids received, addressing due diligence issues and closing the transaction prior to the seller’s deadline.
