Cole Schotz Advises Cove Property Group in $1 Billion Sale of Hudson Commons

Cole Schotz P.C. represented Cove Property Group and its joint venture partner The Baupost Group in connection with the $1.033 billion sale of Hudson Commons, a 25-story, nearly 698,000 square foot office and retail building, located at 441 Ninth Avenue, in the Hudson Yards submarket of Manhattan.

In addition to the sale, the firm previously assisted on the initial acquisition, construction financing and the refinancing of Hudson Commons. The property was purchased by CommonWealth Partners and CalPERS.

The Cole Schotz team consisted of members Leo Leyva, Jordan Metzger, Danielle Pasquariello, Rab Nalavala, Jan Lewis and associate Daniela Alvarado.
