Daniela is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. She represents clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including in construction, mortgage and mezzanine financing, acquisitions and dispositions, corporate advisory, leasing, restructuring, and a wide variety of other real estate matters involving commercial, office and multifamily property types. Her clients include lenders, borrowers, REITs, private companies and developers. Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Daniela was an associate in the Real Estate Departments at premier Amlaw 100 firms.
An active participant in her local community, Daniela is a volunteer coordinator and member of the West 69th Street Block Association, where she spearheaded a mutual aid hotline during the COVID-19 crisis matching volunteers to neighbors in need of assistance. Fluent in Spanish, she is also a volunteer with 826NYC where she has acted as a translator in the quarterly publication of student-authored chapbooks.
