Cole Schotz Advises Onyx Equities in Acquisition of 400,000 Sq.Ft. NJ Office Building

Cole Schotz P.C. represented Onyx Equities, LLC in its recent acquisition of a 400,000 square-foot Class A office building known as Kemble Plaza in Morristown, N.J. The deal closed on August 8.

In partnership with PCCP, LLC, Onyx Equities acquired the building as part of its ongoing efforts to grow its office portfolio. Cole Schotz advised Onyx Equities on the acquisition from seller LNR and on its joint venture with PCCP.

The office building, a former regional headquarters for AT&T, is located on Mt. Kemble Avenue and includes 40 acres of land within a corporate park. The location is easily accessible from Route 287 and is strategically surrounded by Fortune 500 company headquarters, offering a unique opportunity for future renters. Cole Schotz previously represented Onyx in connection with its acquisition of neighboring properties located at 350-360 Mt. Kemble Avenue.
