Cole Schotz Advises G4 Capital Partners on $232m Financing for Manhattan Condominium

Cole Schotz P.C. has advised G4 Capital Partners in a $232.5 million senior loan to Joseph Chetrit and David Bistricer for a residential condo project near Gramercy Park in Manhattan.

The financing is for the Gramercy Square Condominium and recapitalizes the 223-unit project that spans four buildings, and is a conversion of the former Cabrini Medical Center.

The Cole Schotz team included members Leo Leyva, Rab Nalavala and Danielle Pasquariello, and associates Jennifer Chung, Drew Barone and Nicole Dlugosz. The G4 Capital team included co-founders Robyn Sorid and Jason Behfarin, along with Managing Director Robert Palumbo.
