Cole Schotz Advises CSC Coliving on $11.35M Acquisition of Harlem Properties

Cole Schotz P.C. represented real estate investment firm CSC Coliving, LLC in connection with a $11.35 million acquisition of a former church, school and rectory from the Roman Catholic Church of Saint Charles Borromeo and All Saints located in New York City’s Harlem neighborhood. CSC Coliving entered a joint venture for the acquisition of the properties. Cole Schotz also assisted with a $21 million acquisition and construction loan.

The former church and school are located at 41 East 129th Street and the former rectory is located at 47 East 129th Street. CSC Coliving entered into a lease agreement for the approximately 76,000 square foot property located at 41 East 129th Street with Friends of Capital Preparatory Harlem Charter School, Inc. where a new educational facility will be developed.
