Cole Schotz P.C. represented Bridges Development Group on its lease with Target of a 50,000-square-foot space located at Kings Highway and Foster Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. Target is expected to open a small-format store at the location in 2020, marking its 27th opened or planned store in New York City and seventh in Brooklyn.
Richard Abramson, co-chair of the Real Estate Department at Cole Schotz, advised Bridges Development Group on the negotiation of the lease. Bridges Development Group works with national retailers in order to bring new retail developments to underserved markets throughout the New York City area.
